The scope of work for each project will be defined in the selected package, quotation, proposal, or written agreement between Aussify Website Studio and the client.

Project Requirements

To complete your project efficiently, you may be required to provide content, images, logos, branding assets, login credentials, or other information necessary for the project.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content and materials supplied to Aussify Website Studio.
• Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, client feedback, revision requests, or unforeseen technical circumstances.

• Work generally begins after the agreed initial payment has been received.
• Prompt client feedback helps keep projects on schedule.
• Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.

Revisions

We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed project requirements and provide revisions according to your selected package.

• The number of revisions depends on your purchased package.
• Revisions apply only to the original project scope.
• Major design changes or new feature requests may require a separate quotation.
• After final approval, future changes are treated as a new service unless covered under a maintenance agreement.

Project Approval

Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables carefully before providing final approval.

• Final approval confirms that the delivered work meets the agreed project requirements.
• Additional changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and timely feedback.
• Review submitted work within a reasonable time.
• Maintain copies of your own website content and business records.
• Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your quotation, invoice, or selected package.

• Projects generally begin after the required initial payment has been received.
• The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid before final website launch, migration, or transfer of ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in project delays.
• Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Aussify Website Studio does not store sensitive payment card information.

Website Hosting & Third-Party Services

Some projects rely on third-party services such as web hosting providers, domain registrars, SSL certificate providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, or software platforms.

• Third-party products and services are subject to their own terms and policies.
• Aussify Website Studio does not control the availability, pricing, policies, or performance of third-party providers.
• Unless specifically included in your package, clients are responsible for renewing hosting, domains, SSL certificates, software licenses, and subscriptions.

Client Content

The client is solely responsible for all content provided for the project.

• You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use all text, images, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, and other materials supplied to us.
• Aussify Website Studio is not responsible for claims arising from client-provided content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final approved website design and project deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

• Ownership does not include third-party software, licensed assets, open-source software, fonts, stock media, plugins, or proprietary development tools owned by Aussify Website Studio or their respective owners.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aussify Website Studio may display completed projects within its portfolio for marketing purposes.

Project Suspension

Projects may be placed on hold if required information or client feedback is not received within a reasonable period.

• Projects inactive for more than 45 days may require a reactivation fee before work resumes.
• Project timelines will be adjusted accordingly following any period of inactivity.

Confidentiality

Aussify Website Studio respects the privacy of its clients and treats confidential business information with appropriate care.

• Client information is used only to provide requested services.
• We do not sell or disclose confidential client information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver the requested services.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aussify Website Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Support & Maintenance

Support services are provided according to your selected package or maintenance agreement.

• General support does not include new features or significant redesigns unless specifically agreed.
• Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

Website Availability

While we build websites using accepted industry practices, Aussify Website Studio cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or compatibility with every browser, device, hosting environment, or third-party service.

Changes to These Terms

Aussify Website Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page together with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the applicable laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
