Aussify Website Studio, we are committed to providing professional website design and development services. Because our work involves custom creative and development services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

General Refund Policy

Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the status of the project and the services provided. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

When Refunds May Be Considered

A refund request may be considered if:

  • No significant work has commenced on your project.
  • Aussify Website Studio is unable to begin the project within a reasonable timeframe due to reasons solely within our control.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Services Not Eligible for Refunds

Because our services involve custom work, refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:

  • Once a project has been completed and acknowledged as complete by the client.
  • If the client has approved a website design, demo link, prototype, or development milestone.
  • Businesses, agencies, resellers, or individuals purchasing services on behalf of another person or entity are not eligible for refunds.
  • Tasks, features, modifications, or requests that fall outside the original agreed scope of work are not eligible for refunds.
  • Where multiple design concepts are provided within a selected package and the client requests additional concepts beyond those included in the package.
  • PPC Management, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Advertising, SEO, SMO, Content Writing, HIPAA Compliance Services, Hosting, Domain Registration, Website Maintenance, and all other marketing services are payable in advance and are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once website copy, content, text, images, or creative assets supplied through our services have been approved by the client.
  • Where the client has requested revisions to website copy, content, creative assets, or approved project deliverables.
  • If the client becomes unresponsive or ceases communication for more than seven (7) consecutive days after project commencement.
  • After a website has been made live, refunds will not be granted for website issues caused by hacking, malware, viruses, third-party software, hosting issues, or lack of ongoing maintenance services.
  • Where the client has not subscribed to a website maintenance plan following project completion.
  • Project delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity, public holidays, client responsiveness, technical requirements, and workload. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • If the client fails to provide feedback, approvals, or revision requests within ten (10) calendar days of receiving project materials, we may consider the project complete and no refund shall be applicable.
  • Refund requests based on change of mind, business decisions, disagreements with business partners, personal circumstances, or any reason unrelated to the quality or delivery of our services.
  • No refunds will be issued after fifteen (15) days from the original purchase date.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media Management, SEO Services, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, Website Maintenance Plans, and Third-Party Subscription Services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Third-Party Products & Services

The following products and services are non-refundable once purchased, activated, or delivered:

  • Domain registrations
  • Web hosting services
  • SSL certificates
  • Email hosting
  • Premium plugins, themes, software licenses, and APIs
  • Third-party subscriptions
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management
  • Google Ads Management
  • Microsoft Advertising Management
  • Meta Advertising Management
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Website Maintenance Plans
Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes only and may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client response times
  • Revision requests
  • Technical requirements
  • Public holidays
  • Third-party service providers

Reasonable changes to estimated delivery dates do not automatically qualify a project for a refund.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all requested information, content, approvals, and feedback required to complete the project.

  • Delays caused by missing content or delayed approvals may affect project timelines.
  • If we do not receive a response for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold.
  • Projects inactive for an extended period may require a reactivation fee before work resumes.
Website Approval

Clients are encouraged to review all project deliverables carefully before providing final approval.

  • Approval confirms that the delivered work satisfies the agreed project requirements.
  • Additional changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new service.
Website Launch

Once a website has been approved and launched, Aussify Website Studio is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Changes made by the client or third parties.
  • Hosting provider outages.
  • Third-party software updates.
  • Malware, hacking, viruses, or unauthorized access.
  • Failure to maintain software updates or security patches.
Intellectual Property

If a refund is approved before ownership has transferred, all concepts, source files, code, graphics, designs, content, and related intellectual property created by Aussify Website Studio remain our exclusive property.

The client may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or claim ownership of any refunded work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Right to Decline or Cancel Services

Aussify Website Studio reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services where necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws or regulations.
  • Protect our employees, contractors, clients, or business interests.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or misuse of our services.
Changes to This Refund Policy

Aussify Website Studio may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
